Stormgate and Tarkov get new betting markets courtesy of BETBY
BETBY is adding two new titles to their esports markets portfolio. Escape from Tarkov: Arena and Stormgate are the games in question, and the addition marks an industry first for both titles.
Stormgate and Tarkov enter the esports betting scene
Stormgate is set to launch next week (August 13th) and is already garnering hype as the competitive successor to both Starcraft and Warcraft. Not that either of these titles are going anywhere soon, but Stormgate aims to evolve both the competitive aspect and the meta in this fairly stale ecosystem.
You can expect all your favorite RTS betting markets like: Outright Winner, Map Handicap, Total Maps, Map Winner, and Correct Score present from the get go. Based on our limited testing of Stormgate there is potential for future In-Play markets relating to Map Objectives and Booster Pickups.
Escape from Tarkov: Arena is also making an entrance with dedicated markets for the hardcore TDM like mode. Standard markets including: Winner, Map Handicap, Total Maps, Map Winner, Correct Score, and Round Winner.
These markets were already available for the Virtus.Pro vs PARAVISION Grand Final Match at the Winline EPIC EFT: Arena. The match went down 2:0 to PARAVISION.

Both games already feature very dedicated grassroots communities and packed Discord servers. Adding markets in anticipation for a sprawling esprots scene seems like a no brainer and Betby sure know it.
