HoK Invitational Championship 2024
Starting from the top, the Honor of Kings Invitational Championship celebrates a combined season of HoK and AoV (Arena of Valor) competition.
This year, it rounds off the first-ever season of the HoK Invitational Series and is the first event of its kind, the top Honor of Kings tournament of the season.
Specifically, this event replaces the former Honor of Kings International Championship. Last year, this tournament featured a $10,000,000 prize pool with the best 16 teams in the world in attendance.
Confirmed at the Esports World Cup, this year’s iteration features a $1 million prize pool which is a drastic decrease from previous iterations of the competition. In addition, it’s likely that this tournament features reduced representation from China and instead a ‘Dream Team’ like for the EWC.
Sixteen teams are competing from these regions:
- Indonesia
- Philippines
- Malaysia
- Myanmar
- Turkey
- Brazil
- Middle East & North Africa
- America
- Europe
- Pacific
While the format is yet to be confirmed, it likely features a Group Stage, Knockout Stage and Grand Final – a leading contender for esports betting sites coverage.
Without a doubt, after a season of competition, the HoK Invitational Championship is the top HoK betting opportunity to look forward to for 2024.
HoK Invitational Mid-Season Cup
Ahead of the HoK Invitational Championship 2024, the Mid-Season Cup is the second most exciting tournament of the season.
Hosted as part of the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this $3,000,000 is one of the many esports events at this thrilling festival. Likely, a lot of eyes will be on this tournament in particular – learn more in our Esports World Cup betting guide here.
Featuring only the best 12 teams halfway through the season, there’ll also be a KPL Dream Team.
Moreover, with seeds yet to be confirmed, two seeds are up for grabs for the HoK Invitational Championship 2024.
King Pro League – China’s League
Heading into its 17th season, the King Pro League remains the most exciting regional league in Honor of Kings.
Focused on the home region of the title, Chinese teams are the best HoK teams in the world. If you’re looking for regional competition, this is the first place to start.
At the highest level, the King Pro League has the best 18 teams competing for international seeds across multiple phases:
- KPL Spring 2024 – 31st January to 18th May 2024
- KPL Summer 2024 – 12th June to August 2024
On a lower level, there’s the King Growth League with Tier 2 competition which also follows seasonal events. Further down, there’s the National Competition and Campus Tournaments.
