PARIVISION – Flawless in Stage 2

Ever since the dawn of the new season, this Serbian organization has turned heads in competitive Dota 2. Bringing on board a fantastic roster, PARIVISION found success early with a win at ESL One Bangkok 2024.

They recently finished 5-6th at BLAST Slam II, so they didn’t dive into DreamLeague Season 25 as favourites in our Dota predictions. Starting in Stage 1, they enjoyed multiple draws and only one loss to Team Spirit.

Once in Stage 2, however, PARIVISION dialled it up a notch and became the only team to go flawless in Stage 2 (7-0). Accordingly, with this momentum behind them, they have an opportunity to win the DreamLeague Season 25 Playoffs, especially after beating Tundra once already.

Chimera Esports……..Who?

Entering the scene in December 2024, this is Chimera’s best finish at a tournament since finishing 15-16th at FISSURE PLAYGROUND #1. Making considerable leaps and bounds since forming, Chimera Esports is the clear underdog at the DreamLeague Season 25 Playoffs.

Playing with “Malik” as a stand-in, somehow this roster managed to take down Liquid, Yakult Brothers and BOOM Esports – stunning the community.

In Group Stage 2, they continued to defy the odds, taking down Liquid, Spirit and HEROIC to stay alive. While they may be unknown, they earned every step of their journey up to this point and could go further.

Tundra – The Best Dota Team?

Ever since signing the likes of “dyrachyo” and “bzm”, Tundra Esports has dominated competitive Dota 2. Specifically, since 2025 they’ve won the ESL One Raleigh WEU Qualifier, FISSURE PLAYGROUND #1 and BLAST Slam II in succession.

With $700,000 of prize already in the span of two months, Tundra seeded comfortably into Group Stage 2. Here they took down everybody except for PARIVISION while also suffering a surprising loss to Team Liquid.

So although they haven’t been as dominant as PARIVISION at DreamLeague Season 25, Tundra have been unstoppable recently. That’s why the odds are dead even.

Team Spirit is Slippery

It can be hard to put a finger on this world championship-winning roster. Sometimes they finish 9-10th (BLAST Slam I) but most of the time they’re competing to be the best. Recently finishing 4th at the FISSURE PLAYGROUND before DreamLeague, they weren’t considered to be favourites but strong contenders.

Starting out in Group Stage 1, Team Spirit made quick work of the competition to stay flawless in the standings. However, in Group Stage 2 they fell short against their main competitors with losses against Tundra, Chimera and PARIVISION to finish 4-3 and barely making it to Playoffs.

Now with a chance to rematch Chimera, Spirit is always a danger.
