Mirage callouts in CS2: Easy guide to exactly pinpoint enemies
Mirage is Counter-Strike 2’s most iconic map. New players and veterans have flocked to Mirage for over a decade now to get their fix of chaotic CS action. This means that even noobs can know their Mirage callouts in CS2, giving them an advantage over other players.
Oh, you don’t? Our Mirage callouts guide will give you all the knowledge you need to keep up on the server. There’s nothing worse than a teammate who can’t communicate properly, as it’s such an essential part of success in CS2.
What are callouts?
Callouts are a really important part of communication with your team. You can use them to give information about where you, or the enemy team, are on the map. If you’re killed in a specific location, giving details about where can give your team the opportunity to trade.
This can mean the difference between a won and lost round. Everyone should learn the same callouts so there’s no miscommunication, which can lead to frustration during the game. Understanding the map locations can go a long way to getting better at CS2.
We’ve put together a map of all the Mirage callouts in CS2. Unlike maps with convoluted callouts like in our Vertigo callouts guide, on Mirage everything is simple. You’re going to hear these a lot from your teammates on the server, so it’s important you know where to look when you do!
Although you can definitely learn a few of these by just playing Mirage, you’ll pick them up faster by studying the map we’ve created.
Mirage callouts CS2
While many players feel Mirage is overdue a rework from Valve, we think it’s too iconic to change too much. Because of this, we don’t think these Mirage callouts in CS2 will change much, if at all. It’s the most popular of all CS2 maps, and these callouts have been the same for many years now.
