Nuke callouts in CS2: Quick guide to all positions on the map

Nuke is an essential part of Counter-Strike’s history. From 1.6, Source, GO, and now CS2, Nuke has played a crucial part in the map pool of the series. It’s a challenging map to master, even for veterans of the game. To improve, you should learn all of the Nuke callouts in CS2.

Communication is everything in Counter-Strike, and knowing how to call out your opponents or process good information from teammates will make all the difference. All CS2 maps need this, but it’s especially important on Nuke, where things move fast, and comms must be swift.

CS2 Nuke Callouts

Our Nuke CS2 callouts map is a great way to learn the ropes of this iconic battleground. These are the types of calls you’ll hear in your average match, and while some players have their own names for areas, these are the most common ones you’ll come across.

Because Nuke is a map with heavy vertical elements, we’ve had to separate the CS2 callouts map into two sections: Upper and Lower. Both areas have their own set of callouts, so it would be impossible to show you both without splitting them up.

We’ve been playing Nuke ever since the 1.6 days, and these callouts have largely remained the same over the years. That said, it is a map that Valve has been known to tinker with from time to time, so be prepared to learn some new callouts if this happens again.

If you want, get a friend use the CS2 console commands to spawn some bots and practice calling out where those robots go.
